Great takes. There's not going to be headwind on the climb.
Jakobsen will not survive this if they ride hard.
Jakobsen untouchable.
Great takes.
Skjelmose rode for Jakobsen? He was only closing gaps on the hills.
Obviously Mads who attacked twice on the hill was not going to win.
Why did Wærenskjold stop his attack? I thought he was definitely gone.

Yeah it looked a bit strange, especially since it took quite a while to fully close it When he was just chilling and drinking in front and the doms behind seemed to be sprintingWhy did Wærenskjold stop his attack? I thought he was definitely gone.
He did the same thing yesterday. I don't understand Trek's strategy. Not sure what Trek was doing here. Pedersen wasting energy, Skjelmose following attack but not helping to just then see Pedersen ride a horrible sprint.

Wærenskjold is the perfect GC rider in minor stage races. Strong solo rider, strong time trialist, strong sprinter. His only weakness seems to be bigger climbs.
He did well in the Tour, too.
I like it actually. It does take away some of the intensity, but it gives us a much better overview. Also, stop with the heli shots of live sprints!
The tactics of the duo Skjelmose/Pedersen are most of the time the opposite of what seems wise. Including the race in Glasgow. So today's attacks of Mads Pedersen made sense in the sense that they didn't make sense.I feel like Trek couldn't seem to ride any worse...
Lets see what happens tomorrow. Maybe its all part of the plan!
Except we have no idea when the line is coming and can only see three or four riders.I like it actually. It does take away some of the intensity, but it gives us a much better overview.
Maybe the best angle would be slightly from behind instead of right above the riders.Except we have no idea when the line is coming and can only see three or four riders.
