I think pcs is the best option.

Bikechanges seem to go smoothly. Not a lot is lost imho. The actual bikechange takes but a few seconds, the biggest timeloss will be slowing down and get going again. Say maybe 15s lost in total, which makes doing the first part on a TT bike still worth it i think.
