If I was Remco I would be smiling and thinking about all the minutes I will put into everyone in the ITT.

How would that make your view better?
I believe this is what we call humor, in which the weather brings retribution to the riders for not entertaining us sitting on the couch sufficiently.

The lol indicates this is perhaps not to be taken too seriously :p

Leknessund doesn't look so good, for someone who claims he can stay in pink after today.

Can't imagine nobody attacks today. The likes of Vine and some Ineos 2nd tier rider. Surely they know on these gradients nothing can be done, waiting for the last 5km.
But its not for the stage win anymore. so just for a little bit of time. (they are already rather far back as well, don't think it serves a purpose to gain some time back for those riders.). (unless they can still catch the breakaway)

Giro continues to disappoint, after the horrible Giro last year, it continues to ask a serious a question to be the worst GC this year as well

Agrreed. It used to be on par with Vuelta for the GT with most action. But now it's like the Tour, without all the fun stuff of the Tour. Basically a lot of sprint stages, shallow climbs, all the climbs being in the middle of stages etc.

Peoples expectation for a stage this early in a really hard giro is hilarious I agree :smileycat:
