Stefano Rizzato, the Rai journalist that is following Küng from the motorbike said that the Swiss struggled a lot when he encountered a strong headwind and so he started to lose composure on the bike. This seemed to affect his performance
Okay, that makes some sense of it.

Why dont they have loads of splitscreens with up to date times and splits scrolling all over the screen. It should look like some futuristic Sh*t but like this I get a better idea what's going on from PCS.

I always look more at PCS than at the live pictures in time trials where I am actually interested in the results.

I didn't like how closely behind the Haig the team car was driving, I thought the required distance was even increased recently. It will not change the giro, but I'd like the more consistent application of the rules.
