Feel like both Evenepoel and Roglic are much more divisive than they're widely liked on this forum though. Both would have garnered more votes than Vingegaard (seriously, is there a single person outside of Denmark who's a fan of his?) but definitely not necessarily beaten Pogacar in this poll.

People disklike Roglic? Or just that one fan on his thread?

I'm against using human prizes for multiple reasons, but if I had to pick someone, then I wouldn't mind winning Madouas. He's a loyal friend who'd be willing to carry me around if needed,

Guillaume Martin getting a Tour victory would be glorious.
Ah, so now that the question has been redefined, I would have to pick Chaves. Would be cheerful about the house, and fit neatly on the mantlepiece. I could just about lift him in the podium ceremony.

I mean I'm really rooting for Pogacar this race, but even I have to admit, if it was to come down to Pogi vs Pinot, then c'mon, who isn't rooting for Thibaut? That being said, when it comes to the realistic winners, I have a stronger opinion on Pogacar vs. Vingegaard this year than about any potential winner in years. Winning a cobbles monument and the Tour in the same year would be unbelievably magical.

Lots of riders I'd love to see win. But most of them don't have realistic chance, and if they somehow do, that can likely mean bad things happen to the bigger favourites, or to the race in general, and I don't want that. Surprises and cute Cinderella tale can wait. This time I just hope the best rider win.

I mean best of this era.
As in best overall, you know what I mean.

Okay, I want Pog to win.

Rooting for Pogacar to prove it is still possible to fly in Spring in the classics against the heavyweights then beat the featherweights in July on the biggest stage.

I ain't really bothered who wins. I would like to see Bernal get a really good GC to give him a massive boost ready for next year ( is top 10 being unrealistic?). I'm also glad a certain rider is not here, so the comments during the race threads should be more sensible and his name will not be mentioned continuously during the live commentary. :D
Hope no-one gets a ban before or throughout the race (on this forum I mean) for being naughty. :D

Hoping for Pogacar. I don't really have anything against Vingegaard but compared to Pog he is a boring rider. Brain says Vingegaard though.

Skjelmose, obviously.

Totally unrealistic, obviously :p

I like the Bernal thought, it would mean next years Tour would be Pogacar, Vingegaard, Bernal in shape AND Evenepoel - and I am definitely here for that!

As for Pogacar vs Vingegaard, I think if Pogacar had won last year, the vote would be flipped (we all like an underdog) - but I like the idea of it being 2-2 after this year, and I would hope it was the closest winning margin in history, hell I even want them to ride for it on stage 21 - to add to the exitement in years to come.
