Was that young Andrew August there finishing with Bardet, I don't remember where I heard it but word on the street is that he's like Evenepoel but with a bigger engine. Good finish today, would've been up there at the front but must've taken his winter clothing off at the wrong time.

He‘s kind of a projected Amstel Gold specialist in his current form, not the best place to be in
I would think that the goal should be to be an all around spring classic campaign guy from opening weekend through E3, G-W and Flanders + BP, Amstel, maybe even Liege. Of course not every single race every year but I feel he has the range for it talent wise. For the rest of the season I think he could be an excellent stage hunter in GTs. Kämna with the ability to be good in one day races minus the GC stuff :)

If Storer keeps this form for 3 weeks I think Storer can top 5 the Giro, but i don't recall him ever going for GC in a grand tour, so his endurance is a bit of a question mark.

What went on in this race? I haven't really paid attention or watched the stages, I just saw the results from the various stages and it seems like there were some massive swings in the GC.

Were the leading teams not strong enough to defend the leaders jersey or what? Seems like unusually big swings of minutes back and forth in the GC fight.
