I'm not sure that he'll win it since he's obviously been going through a very stressful period (as opposed to sitting on the beach), but he certainly could. Should be interesting to see if there are any issues within the team. I know if I was one of the Saxo riders from last year who didn't go to Leapord, I sure wouldn't be very happy with all the ruckus his whole affair has caused...

TBH although I'm glad he's riding again, in a way it's taking the fun out of the season a bit. Questions on the forum like "So who'll win the Giro/Vuelta/Tour/Volta di/de/a ..." have deflatingly ready answer.
I suppose in the case of this race, though, he has the handicap of not having raced yet this season, so he maybe shouldn't be expected to win.

I always thought LS lived in Britain as he had seen some shows which are exclusive to the bbc and hence would be very difficult and probably not worth it to watch outside of her Majesties lands.
And ACF, i know from the point of view of Australia all our european countries seem small, but Portugal isnt that small that simply living there means you can pop out and watch the Tour of Algarve, which is in the very south
