I think I’m done with cycling for a long while, unless last 2 GTs gets stripped and a proper ban inflicted.
We’re back into 2000’s disgustingness and the show isn’t enjoyable in the slightest.

So post about it in the clinic where posters can actually reply to you without breaking forum rules, thanks.

I started watching cycling 35 years ago. I took a break for a few years during the Lance annihilation. I'm thinking of taking another break now unless something is done.

I seriously think it's a bold prediction to claim there won't be any drama around the three movistar leaders. That team has written chaos all over it

If there's not drama between at least 2 of the 3 Movistar leaders I think most fans will be shocked. Yes sending all 3 has chaos written all over it and so far have just Quintana in a race this year with either Landa or Valverde has already has some minor drama. More interesting is that putting Landa and Valverde together has been just fine.

Overhyped Bernal?? Lol. We are too late for that already with what he has done this year alone.

2 Cavendish and Kittel will fail to win a stage.
3 Porte will podium.
4 Sagan to win green.
5 There will be a crosswind stage with major gaps.

With all the infighting in Movistar, Soler will be their best finisher :D
Benoot in yellow after cobbled stage, which he will only lose after the second rest day, but he will still top 10.
Van Garderen to be consistent enough to take another 5th.
A sprint finish that is too close to call, so we will have a joint winner.
Cavendish to win the most sprints.
Roglic to podium

But will he continue to live up to the initial hype ? Much too early to tell but Quintana certainly hasn't.

Oh heck, why not one more and one that is exceptionally unlikely to happen.

Valverde wins on the Champs-Elysees, not the over GC title, but the stage. He did say he'd love to win that stage.

Froomes new saddle causes him to overcome his sprint and hilly weaknesses, causing him to win all 20 stages and the TTT. Also the first rider in the modern era to win the TDF with more than 30 minutes put into the number two

A reminder to to keep anything clinic related over in that side of the forum, we are having to delete several innuendo’s and sly references over in this part every day.

Any more and posters will face a ban.

Thanks.

So no really bold predictions regarding Froome then...

Make them in the clinic if you wish, not over this side. It’s not a difficult rule to adhere to.

The second prediction: We will see a team abandon the race collectively for the first time since 2008. It will be the Sky team, and Froome will be in yellow when it happens.

That would be a disaster for all involved. A real farce for the sport.

1. Kittel, Cavendish and Greipel will not win a single stage.
2. Pinot will not make top 40 or win a stage.
3. Tom D will not ride the Tour.
4. Emirates will leave empty handed (no stage wins neither a top 10 in GC or win any significant jerseys)
5. There will be piss thrown at Froome

Froome will singelhandedly win the TTT?
