Not really. Actually, in general I do think that pushes shouldn't be allowed for bike changes in a TT - but it probably only gave him a couple of second today.

Well, the rules allow it, so of course Contador is right to take advantage. But, that push probably has made the difference between him finishing ahead of Izagirre, rather than behind. Seems a bit unfair.
