Will be interested to see how his career progresses. I fear he could end up a bit like Dumoulin - where he is really, really good at lots of different things - but none of the big races - either classics or GTs - particularly suit his overall strengths.

The biggest fear is a super close finish will mean the organizers may think the format of complete mis-utilization of the terrain available for four days with an MTF and TT on the last two days is good and repeat it.
