sevilla stating the obvious: "vuelta a colombia is harder than giro, tour or vuelta"

132 173 MASCIARELLI,Amdrea ELITE UNA-UTENSILNORD-ORD 24 EU 28:06
138 162 TOPCHANYUK,Artem ELITE AMO-AMORE VITA 45:41
139 161 MARTINS SANDOVAL,Uri ELITE AMO-AMORE VITA 45:41
140 75 URAN,Carlos Alberto ELITE CO4-472 COLOMBIA 45:48
141 DNF 171 LOMBARDI,Omar ELITE UNA-UTENSILNORD-ORD 24 EU DNF
142 DNF 175 ZAMPARELLA,Marco ELITE UNA-UTENSILNORD-ORD 24 EU DNF

Don't bring up the Utensilnord guys because as I stated it's "too hot" for them to handle :D Anyway, our main guy in the GC sits at 92nd position so something is clearly wrong with the preparations/shapes, these results don't seem realistic.

well done babyface! a living legend _O_

Etapa 4:
1. Óscar Sevilla
2. Félix Cárdenas
3. Jair Pérez
4. Óscar Sánchez
5. Luis Largo

but no chance he wins this overall unfortunately. can that stream be recorded and uploaded somewhere?

You can find the highlights of the stage in revistamundociclistico.com (they post it in Youtube)

Today it's a flat stage. There are 5 guys ahead (the most known is Felipe Laverde) with 4:45 over the group. Around 30Km to the finish

The breakaway made it to the end. Montiel won over Martinez and Laverde (all from the same region, Antioquia, although running for different teams). The group arrived at 3:23 (as said in the broadcast).

Hahha, good one! Average temperatures from Quito to Popayán are under 20C (almost all are above 2000m over sea level)

Now, today's valley is really hot... not like ToC, but still

I think the altitude might be much more of a factor as I bet they didnt arrive many days in advance.

They are in the final climb to Manizales...

Oscar Sevilla has tried 3 times to get a lead.
Others have tried as well

Infantino!

Actually, we don't know why he was let go by EPM-UNE, and not signed by Coldeportes/Claro................We are very grateful of the opportunity awarded to him by Botero's Aguardiente*Antioqueño, the top team after 8 stages. (Policía*Nacional/DR)

As it's UCI mandatory, yesterday was a rest day.
Today it's a flat stage (in the plateau where Bogotá is, that means 2600m over sea level), 173 Km, with a 4cat climb at 3Km from the end

Well, considering that Guamá is Ecuadorian, he cannot be the Colombian Dumoulin. ;)
And I'm not sure what color his cellphone case is

Anyway, 2 stages for Guamá, 2 for Cárdenas, 2 for Infantino.

Tomorrow we will have one cat1 and two cat3 climbs but very far from the finish. Lot's of downhill since the race will leave the plateau to come to the Magdalena valley (read as very HOT). The first long descent is a pretty wide and smooth road allowing for real high speed not very technical. The other 2 downhills are 2 lane wide but twisty.

Anyway I don't expect huge changes tomorrow unless someone in the top-10 get's in trouble before the last 50K
