> Zameczek (x2) - 4,1 km; 6,1%
> Salmopol 2 - 6,7 km; 6%
> Szczyrk - 1,2 km; 11,3%

Stage 5
> Łany 1 - 3,3 km, 4,4%, max. 20%
> Łany 2 - 1,3 km, 6,9%

Stage 6
> Bustryk 1 - 5,8 km, 5,6%
> Bustryk 2 - 5,1 km; 6,8%
> Butorowy Wierch - 3,1 km; 7,8%
> Głodówka - 6,4 km; 3% (sort of difficult to establish a start point though)

> Łapszanka - 3,1 km; 6,7%
> Sierockie - 9,8 km; 3,7%
> Gliczarów Górny/Ściana Bukovina - 5,1 km; 5,7%, max. 20%

Thanks for the information. The Bukowina stage is not as hard as it has been in the past, but the wall (ściana) is always selective. The final climb is pretty steady and so together they form a nice 1-2. They do all the climbs twice on the final stage, so that's over 40km climbing on a short stage with narrow roads and some really steep sections. Very difficult to control

The finish in the well-named city of Szczyrk looks very hard judging by those percentages. Will anybody be able to beat Dylan Teuns or has the weak field of Wallonia made him look stronger than he is?

Well it's Adam Blythe he's been punching away from, not Valverde, Martin and Alaphillipe. But he won't be riding against those guys in Poland either. In their absence, I find it hard to think of people I'd clearly favour over him on a Mur.

It's hardly a city, since it has less than 6 000 inhabitants.

In the language of regional government, a settlement can be categorized as "miasto", which covers anything from the size of a small town upwards.

In everyday language, Szczyrk would be described using the diminutive form "miasteczko", which can be fairly safely translated as town. "Miasto" is used for cities.

I went hiking there a number of years ago. There are very panoramic views to the north and east from the beautifully named peak Skrzyczne (rz is similar to "j" in French, cz is similar to "ch" in English), due to the steep slope from that side.

Obviously, but he did make the podium in FW this year, so his exploits this week has confirmed his aptitude to this kind of finish and shown that his form is excellent.

One of the most underrated times of the cycling year: Poland, Burgos, Utah, San Sebastian, Colombia, Portugal, European Championships. There also used to be Tour of Denmark if I remember correctly.

I agree entirely. He should be able to put a few seconds into anyone else in the field on a finish like that.

Formolo has been very good in this race for a few years in row but always hampered by an ITT. I wonder if he can deliver on a route that suits him more this year.
