Veloso wheelsucked Mestre, but now on the flash interview said he didn't overtake Mestre in the end, because he didn't pull so wasn't fair to do that.

Props to his fair play, Peraud should take notes.

Unfortunately it seems that tomorrow is going to rain all day, including at the finish line, with partly cloudy skies.

Maybe. Second behind Hernâni Brôco. :D Seriously though, by today's performance, it should be between him and Veloso. Some others will get in the mix, no big time differences inside the top 5.

That would be a dream come true for Libertine. :D

I remember some rainy days like 2007 Viseu ITT and 2008 Torre (last 3 km). In 2007 prologue rained in the podium ceremony... and it was in Portimão.

Break of the day:
Alberto Gallego (Rádio Popular)
António Carvalho (LA Aluminios-Antarte) (GPM leader)
João Pereira (Banco BIC-Carmim)
Filipe Cardoso (Efapel-Glassdrive)
Ángel Madrazo (Caja Rural-Seguros RGA)
Albert Torres (Team Ecuador)
Juan José Oroz (Burgos-BH)
Moisés Dueñas (Burgos-BH)
José Vicente Toribio (Team Ukyo)
Daniel Dominguez (Christina Watches-Kuma)

I did not see it. what happened?

He attacked on the penultimate climb, then reeled himself in. He then attacked again on the descent, but could not get away.

Perhaps he could save his energies for the final climb.
