then stop saying things like "he is angry and frustrated mess" or "his frustration is reaching a boiling point"...its ok to just say he is under pressure, no need to act like he is about to shoot kids in highschool
Dude. Obviously this discussion is just within the very small context of cycling and bike races. I'm a fan of Sagan as well - clearly not as much as some others - but we shouldn't let that stop us from discussing his weaknesses and being critical or questioning of him when its deserved. He's made some big mistakes in the past week imo, and they may well still be on his mind this weekend.

No, it's basically because the statements you come with (pointed out above) make it sound like you are some confidante of his, whereas the truth is you know as much about his current mindset as anybody else on this forum - which is *** all.
Well obviously I'm just speculating based on the events of the last few weeks. The sweary reaction to defeat at MSR, the shoulder barge on Vantomme, the mutual sabotage with Terpstra and angry post race interview. It's not the relaxed, jokey Sagan we've seen a lot of in the past year.

Feel free to join in, debate the topic, rather than just attacking the poster. Sagan is a successful, world class athlete - he really doesn't need a handful of internet fanboys to fight his corner when things aren't going his way.

simplemente steppers... will they send vanderbergh to crash in front of sagan? hope he is big enough not to be jumped over (spartacus was clearly bunyhoppable for sagan)

On Wednesday Quick-Step Floors directeur sportif Wilfried Peeters hit back warning Sagan about his team’s tactics for Sunday’s Tour of Flanders.

“We try to win… but if we don’t win then he loses,” Peeters told Cyclingnews with a grin, upping the ante in what is becoming a game of brinksmanship.

I'm guessing saganftw and trucido don't speak English as their first language. I read your comments how they are intended, but I can imagine if someone is reading in their second language things can get misconstrued, especially with how emotive language is used by the media these days.

DFA is right, Sagan looks to be at breaking point at the moment and that can go one way or the other. I think he probably has huge pressure on his shoulders too considering what he is no-doubt being paid and how he is pretty much shouldering the chances or Bora on his own this year. I do feel for him in this sense, but I also know that he made the decision to go to a team where he would be the out and out star with very little support against teams like QS, BMC etc.
