Does anyone here know (or have a link to) the history behind the number '9' for riders? Or did the UCI shake the magic '8' ball and that was the selected number ,,,

Schleck's plus Kirchen and then scrape up the whole other 4 riders in LUX they would do ok.

Italy would be solid aswell with Cunego Simoni Basso Franco P. and Nibali
