i would say he is favorite for the TT. Particularly if we don’t see him throughout the rest of the race.

Some teams try to mimic more successful teams and fail.

Total said 'that's not an entertaining way of being run badly' and tried to mimic Israel signing an obviously-finished former superstar for stupid money. Unfortunately for them, they succeeded.

I don't quite understand what kind of rider Simmons thinks he is. Collecting climbers' jerseys in weeklong races? Classics specialist? He's clearly got a huge engine, but he strikes me as a bit of a "tweener" -- not a great sprinter, a very good climber for his size but not a GC threat...he's almost physically like a Moscon but hasn't yet shown he can win a big race. Ofc he's still incredibly young and I guess this will be figured out shortly...

I think classics so far. But as you say he's only 21

Okay, do I watch this till the finish or do I leave the house? Is there a chance it's not a bunch sprint?

Do you have somewhere you need to go? Or are you just contemplating leaving the house voluntarily?
