Apparently Contador was spotted riding on Zwift today. Too bad he was riding just when I was done with my ride. The whole Zwift Ladies facebook exploded with the news :D LOL. The last time, I saw Edvald Boassenhagen on watopia course. Looks like Contador got the zwift bug too. :D

great one more thing to sort through when trying to weed out all the recordings people put up of themselves playing some video game when trying to find vids of races.

I hadn't heard about Zwift. Sound like a chance to finally get that Contador vs Ricco vs Horner vs Rasmussen uphill battle

One thing about the Zwift ride is I have a snapshot of his w/kg at 220 watts which gives an indication of the weight Alberto has put in when riding. It was 3.8 watts. So to put the 'is he fat or is he thin' question out there, this gives a weight of approx 58kg that Alberto has put into the program. In my opinion that's obviously too fat :D

Come on, even the skinniest riders have a bit of a gut when on the bike, it's normal :p the bowels are affected by gravity :p

Leg and arm muscle definition is ok-ish

He looked good today, stretched the legs a bit. Tomorrow I expect him in the top 5, Moreno, Henao and Martin will be tough opponents although maybe it is a tad too long for Moreno

He was testing and checking to see who looks good, with a bit of spirit :). He is irrepressible :). Hopefully tomorrow we find out he has great form!

It makes me sad to think we won't see him next year :(. What other rider of true quality does this kind of stuff 25km out? Bleck they all play it safe.....

EDIT: Nibs will give it a go occasionally, thank goodness for his aggressiveness otherwise the top tier are robots.....

He might even win the stage IMHO.

Contador should be the favorite for tomorrow but who will be his biggest rival? The problem is that they are all looking at him and it's up to him to pull the GC group and close gaps.

stage win)e="Matteo."]He will achieve a top 3 , i'm sure. But i don't know the real position
I agree. I fear a little that it's him who has to do all the work.[/quote]

If he'lI have legs , the best thing to do is use the team to keep hard pace and in the second harder km ,Roman will launch him
Waiting the final meters with people like Yates , Purito , Henao ecc it's a suicide( for the stage win)

I agree with what Matteo posted, if he feels strong, he should attack early. If he waits till the final km, he risks being outsprinted by Yates, Henao, Martin etc and losing a few s (there are no boni's though)
If he attacks early, he won't have to respond to attacks by others either

Contador is gonna win it tomorrow. If he does some stupid attacks like today it means he's really good.

Remindsme of him going berserk on that stupid hill in paris-nice '09 (stage 3 or 4). He dropped everyone like a stone
