Euh have you watched the giro of 2011?

If Contador has that shape his team's strength isn't that relevant.

Btw his GT team is not bad at all. Look at vuelta of 2012, he had the best team together with movistar, while his team sucked therefore. All that mattered was the vuelta.

Kreuziger, Rogers, CAS, Roche is a bad team for a GT? Wake up.

I wish I wake up though. I haven't seen how strong they are. Clearly, Sky boys has been whooping their *blip blip*. And it's not even July yet. One might think that team sky will be stronger in July. Roger? where is he? He was strong last year all year long along side wiggins. First day at catalunya, Roche already missed the split. They need to wake up and pay attention..

2011 there's no team rode like Sky. High tempo that's barely make everyone on their threshold. I don't believe that a 2011 Contador can beat, 3 sky boys + Froome + Wiggins? I don't like sky that much, but I have to say, there's no way Contador can fight alone against the strength of 5 people. Contador needs his team mate. Jesus has been riding with contador on every single race that AC enters, but so far I haven't seen him match against either Henao, Uran or Cataldo. This year TDF is about the strength of number. That's what team sky philosophy. So far no team has answer for that. Oman, Tirreno, PN, they have already put 3 different people in the podium. And o yeah, SanRemo, Stannard almost rode away with chavanel. He was in group that contested the win. So sky was present there. No saxo. Saxo has a star stud rosterm but so far only AC is on the podium (but still no cigar yet)

I hope Alberto can show us something in Pais Vasco that'll give us some hope (like beating Froome on the two mtfs :D) but i doubt it. Froome is simply the better climber. In CI Alberto will show nothing at all because he's ill. It wouldn't surprise me if he'd pull out of the race somewhere this week.

I do agree with you Saxo needs to shape up, wish they could show more aggressivitet besides AC, and ofc they need to pay attention to the race, they missed it yesterday , but their overall goal is not in the spring, Rogers got his preparation messed up and is a bit behind, Roman I expect we see much more from the next couple of weeks, he is where he is supposed to be with form, and he looks strong. Kroon just got back from enjuries, and dont think we can expect anything from him (probably couldnt anyway), and Bena and Matti are ready for the cobbles. Now they only need to show the Riis magic and win some races.

Regarding the SKY domination, I take it to the clinic, but I agree, it starts to look pathetic yet again.

omg woman, you lose faith so fast, what a sorry fan girl you are.

Froome is a better climber? Give me a break, have some faith, if Froome is a better climber than AC then my Ford is a Ferrari.
You seem to forget the Vuelta very fast, compare yes, one rode the tour as dom, the other hadnt raced for 6 months, not much difference there.

Froome still have to win a GT. AC won 7. Huge difference hun.

Actually I've been losing faith bit by bit since la vuelta so actually not "so fast". Why does that make me a sorry fangirl? As a fangirl do I need to proclaim Alberto's gonna crush everyone because that's what my heart's hoping for, while my head is telling me "don't be silly girl, it's not gonna happen"? Is that what I need to do? And if I don't do it I'm a "sorry fangirl"? Look at hitch, he doesn't believe in it anymore either. He is a sorry fan too?

Well so far Froome has beaten Alberto on 2 out of 2 mtfs so yes he is a better climber this season at least.

You seem to forget the Vuelta very fast, compare yes, one rode the tour as dom, the other hadnt raced for 6 months, not much difference there.

We can't use la Vuelta to prove anything except that neither Alberto nor Froome were at their best. We don't know how much the ban affected Alberto and the Tour affected Froome so we can't compare them using la Vuelta.

Froome still have to win a GT. AC won 7. Huge difference hun.

So?! Everyone has no GT wins before they win their first. It doesn't prove anything. When Alberto won his first GT in 2007 he hadn't had any good GT results before whatsoever. Yet after that first GT came 2 more years of GT domination, maybe 5 or 6 if he hadn't tested positive. The same could happen with Froome this year. I mean, he's shown a lot more than Alberto had before his first GT win.

Lol wtf I have no idea what you're saying. Isn't this what you want? People acknowledging Froome is better? Oh wait you want me to stop so you can ridicule me again lol.

Hm... I rate chances very close with a slight Froome's advantage. What is bad in that?

It makes you a sorry fan girl that you dont believe in him just because he dont win every race he rides, support its called, believe and faith, but you base it on 2 races in the first 3 months of the year, and you lose faith, he finished 2nd and 3rd, hardly bad results in the opening season.

:Or it just proves the difference in preparation or the so called training methods, so it dont tell you anything what so ever.

but you can compare them in an opening season? not at all flo.

loool what?
AC won his first GC if you take after results, you can say Froome came second in his, and yes, ofc its a huge difference having won 7 tours than having won 0, and regarding positives...Froome still have time...be patience.

After months of fanboying then you assume the reality of situation. Good progress.

Hello Dr.Ferrari,

What do you think about Contador his performance so far this year? Who do you think is the favorite in this year tdf? Froome or Contador?

thanks!

drferrari, Italy 15 Mar 2013
Froome is already skinny and in good shape, Contador has a couple of Kg to lose.
In my opinion the TdF winner will be an outsider.

so the million dollar question is who? kash? juanjo? horner?

I guess Saxo want Alberto to ride more races, to improve his shape, at the beginning of the year nei ther GP Nobili nor GP MI were on his schedule

No way purito will win, without boni's he doesn't have a chance.

It's between froome and contador and maybe another skyborg
