Today's performance= Giro 11:eek:

a masterpiece:eek:
I just caught a replay of the last climb, but he really looked smooth again. Reminded me of the volcano ride. I hope Froome is at his best in July, because Bertie and Kreuziger, Valverde, and Betancur are all flying.

Does anyone know where I can watch highlights? Is it on YouTube anywhere?

Vamos Conti!
It's on SS4 atm (if that helps) just had a quick look I can't find any videos that show you all of it from where TV coverage started which ideally you would want to watch.

A stage for anthology.
I'm looking forward to the rest of the season that already looks very different from the last one.

Congrats to Contador, his ride was amazing.
My eurosport recording showed Paris-Nice and skiing instead :(
I hate Eurosport for this, it has got better recently but every now and again I find one of my Biathlon/cycling recordings ends up being Weightlifting or Touring cars as the schedule changes without notice!

I'm back to having dreams of Contador humiliating Froome in July and showing that robot what real racing is !
I have a dream that one day on the hills of France our sons and daughters will be able to sit down together and watch Contador soar ahead as if on wings. I have a dream that one day, even Froome, a man of amazing robotic climbing skills, will be transformed into oasis of sluggishness and noncompetetivness. I have a dream that our little children will see Froome completely schooled in the art of real climbing. I have a dream today....I have a dream of Contador climbing every mountain as if it was a tailwind descent. I have a dream of all Contador's competitors struggling on the flattest of roads as if they where mountains. I have a dream....

hey guys, see the starting list for up coming catalunya (so far):

Quintana, Contador, Froome, Betancur, Rodriguez, Porte, van Garderen, Louis Leon Sanchez, Sammy Sanchez, Uran, Hesjedal, Horner, Basso *just miss valverde and nibali*

No ITT, no TTT. Climbing only. this is better than 3 GT combined :p

F#$K

ME!

That is the line up of the year. There will be blood...

And that's not even including defending champ Martin.

Also, this one must be a requirement for WT Colombians. Rosters aren't even full yet but so far there's Uran, Betancur, Nairo, Anacona, Arredondo, Atapuma, Acevedo, Chaves, even Sarmiento...just need Henao and porn 'stache to sign up.

According to this article, Steven de Jongh has had a huge influence on Contador, who now trains more like Sky

- They went to Tenerife in januari
- De Jongh praises Contador's willpower and mental strength
- Last year Contador never reached his ideal racing weight
Ah that's good. De Jongh coming from Sky and Contador is of old again. Yep, it all adds up.
