Arredondo said:Lulu? The guy who we didn't see a minute during Catalunya?
Peter von said:hey, i only said he might be worth a mention.
"The truth is that I have not seen him much, because in the end other riders have been battling it out for the win."
Arredondo said:But calling him in one sentence with TJ en Costa is dangerous![]()
Rollthedice said:Well, you haven't seen Lulu but Alberto had this to say about Froome:
Peter von said:that is the truth, perhaps i should edit him out and replace him with Andy Schleck and a sarcastic smiley![]()

He mentioned it somewhere.![]()
After having spoken to the team management Roman changed his plans the very evening following the race. “In the end, I will not go for an altitude training camp like I was planning to but I will be at the start of the Basque Tour.”

I think the race will be more open than just a Contador vs. Valverde duel.
This stage could be crucial. Perfect for Tejay, JCP, Costa and Kwiatkowski (if he is in shape). If the time differences between the riders are minimal at this point, three of these four men could end up on the podium.
Contador may have been the strongest rider so far, but his TT skills are still a big question mark.
On paper, this is also a good route for Evans, but I have a feeling that he will never be the same again. Even a top 10 could be difficult.
Jelantik said:o wow. I thought kreuziger will ride Amstel, LBL, and Fleche before Romandie?
I saw on Eurosport a piece about Tinkoff saxo team before some stage of catalunya (tune is a little early). There was a part where Kreuziger was meeting with all the DS + coaches team to talk about his program. To make the story short, one of the coach outlined that in Romandie he wasn't great because he was competing in basque country (something like that). And Roman wanted to compete in basque country to help contador and to hone his form for classic. I remembered Bjarne was saying that the team was strong already and roman didn't need to do basque country to help contador (that's was very sweet of him... to want to help Contador). Anyway, I don't have any link to any of this.. so I just recall from the memory. So, if anyone happens to have the footage recorded.. you might want to check it out.
so it's interesting to see that roman might swap his program. Maybe since the PV is more like PN? A string of classic route stringing together?? Also Beltran is on the list for PV.
Btw.. I haven't heard about Nico for a long time. He is due for the Giro, but so far I haven't seen him in any stage race (maybe TA)
