Ah, I was wondering why there were 2 designs, thanks. Junior ones better, but U23 still good as well.

Yeah I like how they put the big logo of the sponsor instead of just the name. U23 have Specialized as main sponsor which is not as interesting but I think the black background with big red logo looks good

What is Alberto scedule, last year he done TA, Cataluna, Pais Vasco. Will he skip Cataluna as he is doing the Giro?. So do Ruta del Sol, TA, Pais Vasco, F-W(would love see him try again), Giro, TDF.

No he skips Pais Vasco (a shame IMO) and rides Ruta del Sol, Tirreno, Catalunya, Giro, Tour

Really nice vid. Thanks for posting. They seem to have a really nice rapport - informative and relaxed with a bit of gentle ribbing.

I'm sure AC rides much more upright out of the saddle than most - nowhere near as hunched over as Pantani was. Got to help with the weight distribution as well as taking pressure off the neck / shoulders. Nonetheless…20 MINS?

No surprise he rides on feeling…kind of like The Force. :D

I don't know why some of you seem happy or surprised with those statements.

Contador is the most dominant rider of the 21st century in GT's, no **** he's the favorite. Especially knowing how he performed last year.

Personally I think it is funny that Quintana would say that in light of how Froome has performed over the last 2/3 years (he was still great last year before his Dauphine crash) and because AC will be doing the Giro before the Tour. That WILL effect his form and still Froome and Quintana have named him as their top rival.

Unpredictable. (AC)

Froome never put 2 minutes into him on a mountainous stage of a stage race the way Contador did last year at Tirreno-Adriatico. Still with the Giro in his (Contador) legs I would still think that Froome would be the top favorite. I think the intangibles of Contador's willingness to flip the script and use less than the standard orthodox tactics to achieve his goals maybe strikes fear into his rivals. The fear of the unexpected, creating chaos when most his opponents are more comfortable with conventional way of racing in stage races is likely a factor.

They need to familiarize themselves with recent cycling history. That strategy doesn't work on Contador.

Don't matter, they all do it even Contador does it all the time. I don't like that polite cycling talk, i prefer smash talk.

Like froome did a bit in his book about contador, spicing things up.

Well if he walked the smash talk he would have raced the giro.

Contador is a level above every one else.

The tour could be awesome. A tired Bertie who is not scared to go for a long one if he's not in control of the race. Ryder and Talansky will blow the race apart if they need to as well. Quintana and Froome going man v man and Valverde the unknown factor who had some superb climbing days at the Vuleta and if he rides less aggressive could be a surprise contender for the top spot. I also think we could see some of last years young climbers stepping up, lets hope they all get safely through the first week or so.

Contador's response to the book had far more class (posting a lot of pictures drinking coffee). Subtle but everyone knew what he meant.
