Parrulo said:he said it on an interview for a portuguese newspaper but it doesn't take a brain scientist to figure it out.
LaFlorecita said:Anyway so 2 spots left, maybe one, depends on whether Alberto wants Noval in the team or not
1 spot for Breschel, Morkov, Tosatto, Bennati, Dugganp)
My guess is the eyetalian trio ride il Giro together with Majka and Nicki and some other riders.
So Breschel, Morkov, who else?

Jelantik said:if Alberto wants to win the Tour, he should stop playing favors for friends. He should let Bjarne picks the best performance rider right up before the tour. No spot should be a guarantee (not even for paulinho) IMHO

Miburo said:Did you even see Paulinho ride in the vuelta? Obviously Noval is favoritsm but not paulinho.
Paulinho can be a great help, ok maybe he's a bit fat now (i've no idea, we'll see in T-A) but he should be in the team if he finds the vuelta form.
Vino attacks everyone said:Paulinho, Morkov, Breschel is my guess. Tosatto and Bennati to watch out for little Majka in the giro![]()
Cimber said:Paulinho was rather bad in the 2012 Tour though. IIRC due to allergies. And its likely that he will once a gain suffer from allergy in the same month, and if so he shouldnt get an automatic pick.

I think no one's questioning Contador's ability to win LBL, FW, Il Lombardia, San Sebastian or AGR, but it seems we'll never know.
So it's just belief.
The same omnipotent view of Contador you have, had Armstrong's fans of their idol. But they were even more drastic. They've believed he could take all 5 Monuments in a season... And a TDF, off course.
In Armstrong's defense - he did target some Classics while concentrating on the Tour and rode couple of times in support of his teammates.
No, he did the stage comfrortably, without making any chunk of work for Armstrong.Angliru said:Wasn't Contador riding in support of Armstrong on the Ventoux stage of the 2009 Tour (against his better judgement of course)?
Of course not, he played his cards, but Vino's card was strongerWasn't Contador riding in support of Vino at LBL in 2010?
Yes.Wasn't Contador riding in support of at the Beijing Olympics?
Never mind for late response.Angliru said:Wasn't Contador riding in support of Armstrong on the Ventoux stage of the 2009 Tour (against his better judgement of course)? Wasn't Contador riding in support of Vino at LBL in 2010? Wasn't Contador riding in support of at the Beijing Olympics? Contador did target Fleche Wallone one year (can't remember which) and won Milan-Torino, his first and only one day race victory (semi-classic isn't it?)?
Edit: Apologies if I'm late. My modem on my pc at home died last week.

What's next? Sagan didn't help Moser win Strade either?
We never talked much, just a few exchanges of courtesy because when it is running, it is always 100%. And what surprised me by training, is that it's very talkative, he advises, talk about everything and nothing. But what is most impressive is his determination, his killer side, whatever the activity, whether it is football, squash and archery. He does not let anything. And if there is no competition, he created. He loves the challenge. Before Paris-Nice, he told me about my role on the team, the wind, the Lure mountain (Step 5), the importance of not getting there lingered because we have lacked attention in a border. It is like a sporting director. This is a team leader. He is aware of everything that happens. In racing, as in training.
