Certain degree is an understatement considering sky

They didn't win anything so far. PN is not serious. Will win 2 out 3 - we'll talk about domination. Will 1 - it will be absolutely normal.

No way purito will win, without boni's he doesn't have a chance.

It's between froome and contador and maybe another skyborg
Agreed. What I am wondering is if the presence of Purito will transform the battle between Froome and AC and who among them will benefit from the carnage Purito attacks on MTF can make.

It's his race winning jerseys, Giro '08, Tour '07, Tour '09.

Very cool picture, I have to admit as a hater.

eta: Anyway, probably just the photographer thought it looked coolest that way. ;)

I didn't recall the Vuelta had a yellow leader's jersey that year? I didn't follow the race then. Anyway, great photo.

It had one until '09 when valverde won it. Then it changed to red.

Actually thinking about it Contador is the only guy who won the vuelta with the golden and red leader jerseys

Yeah I finally figured it out lol :D when I first looked at it, it didn't make sense (assuming the cover was from 2008 as airstream mentioned) but now it does as you point out the 2007 TDF/Discovery jersey, thanks LaFlo:)

To be honest I'm still waiting "that" Contador. Current season I see a just good rider.

He'll be like that in the tour, even if he doesn't have the same level anymore he'll do anything he can to win the tour.

Honestly he's the only guy who can go really far in that. Maybe Nibali as well but that's it.

Look at fuente de. A lot of people would be happy with nr.2 and would maybe attack on the last climb but they would never do what Contador did.

He's pretty crazy, gotta love it :D

I think Contador might change his training and riding style a little. When there was no dominant team in the field like Sky now, there was no train in pursuit when he attacked. So it was all about explosive attacks to snap the elastic. Now this isn't enough anymore, so he might concetrate on riding a persitent high tempo on climbs a little bit more. We'll see...

I don't know, afterall, the persistent high tempo is actually what seems to be lacking. Normally he'd attack and then ride high tempo, now he can't do the last part anymore. Besides, I don't think it would be a successful tactic since he would just be another man in the sky train
