Yes, look at Evans. Only a month ago I, among many others, had completely written him off as a GT contender. He has done exceptionally so far. Hopefully Alberto has undergone a similar transformation!

It's coming together nicely. We have now seen form from RK, Paulinho, Rodgers, Majka. I would love to see AC take down Sky

I hope Majka stays away from the Tour. There's no point in having him there; Contador is better of with some more experienced riders like Kreuziguer, Paulinho, Rogers, Roche and the Sorensens.
Majka should rest after whatever the result he gets from the Giro (top10 or top100) and prepare for his home tour and the italian autumn season.

I remember that moment. About 15 seconds he later looked over at Lance one more time and then rode away from everyone. My favorite moment from the 2009 Tour

I was just thinking, I think Alberto should go for the Giro next year, Nibali will go for the tour and Froome, Schleck etc will be in the tour as well. With a 2ndGiro win he would be one of the few to win every GT two times. Although I believe a 3rd rolleyes Tour win would be better than a 2nd rolleyes Giro win, a Giro win would be easier than a tour win I think. Anything is better than nothing I guess.

I know and I agree but we can't say "Alberto is the only rider together with Badger that won every GT two times" because it isn't true.

And if he wins Tdf this year which I doubt, he should try to win 3 of each, 9 GT wins and only rider to win every GT 3 times wouldn't be that bad but it's also sad to think how much better it could've been.

Now that would be the worst possible scenario for me. I'd rather see him go to a new team set up by JB with LA as DS.

Majka will continue to progress and will become the new Alberto. I know it. I just feel it.
