Vino attacks everyone said:
Really, you wouldn't like to see a Vino as DS commanding AC and Nibbles to attack Quintana, Pinot and Froome up the very last mountainsage of the 2015 tdf in a desperate atempt to stop the 3 year Froome dominance? An attack that would be remembered to be more lethal than both WWs combined
Froome won't be around in 3 years time.

We cannot decide on that just yet. We have to wait a few more years.

Alberto working for a teammate in order to help him win Paris-Nice? Sure why not.

Alberto working for someone he doesn't like in order to help him reach podium in TDF. Why the hell would he do that?

Then please let's just wait until then, the last thing we really want is to have you going up and down with majka same way you do it with AC

I'm not really that emotionally invested in Majka.

Mmm. Sorry then if I seem to be too harsh, I have seen a bit of interest coming from you towards this rider, by the way is not of my business who yo choose to root for, I have that absolutely clear but just to have a little bit of tranquility I asked you to wait but you don't have to.

Two guys getting WT points for Saxo in one race? I can't see it happening :p I'm happy with Majka not crashing out of the race anyway.

What are you getting at? Contador can't lose because he is the great one?

Of course he can lose, he´s just a man, not a machine.

I guess the great one refers to his 7 GT wins, which is fair and well deserved.

It simply refers to the fact that he is the great cyclist of his time. Doesn't matter if it's 10 gts or just 2.

Don't you think Canc comes close?

IMO it's Canc, and Contador.

Honorable mention: Boonen.

Just to make sure netserk don't go crazy

Sorry, but that's just subjective.

And the fact that I sympathise with the premise is irrelevant also - that's just my subjective opinion too. If you were to say "the most talented" cyclist of his time, I would agree wholeheartedly. But, then, that isn't a statement of fact, but one of opinion.

Cycling is a sport not an art. You don't have to sell paintings to be a great artist (vide Van Gogh). You do have to win races to be a great cyclist.
