However, some posts of Conti Fans here and on Twitter since he's back on form are also borderline idiotic and disrespectful. And I say that as a huge fan of Alberto. The excitement to see him back on top seems to make it hard to keep calm

I think the most important stage for AC from now until the tour, must be the tt in Dauphine. He can't be far of his 09 tt form if he is going to really take on Froome for the yellow jersey, thats for sure

Right at the end of the Tour, which means that whoever is fresher between Contador and Froome will almost certainly win, irrespective of TT form.

Freshness is very important indeed, But ac could still loose a couple of minutes to Froome if he doesn't gets a grip on his tt (Personally I think he will do a very good tt, which he does every time in the gts when he is in top shape eg. tour 09, giro 11)

To be fair what she is saying isn't terribly unfair (he is an "ex" doper). It's an unprovoked and unnecessarily provocative statement that doesn't cover her, and indirectly Froome, in much glory. But it's her twitter feed/timeline and she can do with it as she pleases

I do get the sense that even if Froome isn't "worried" she is definitely on edge about the Tour

No way third week Froomster would match AC 09 in the mountains. AX-3 and Ventoux were impressive though. But atleast Ventoux Andy and AC has gone up the mountain just as fast (I know there is a differnce in the lenght of the stage etc. etc...)
