That's what worries me! Contador will get even skinnier, but he doesn't have a naturally anorexic body type like for example Schleck :( it can't be healthy

Remember Hesjedal in last year Giro, skinny as hell. Abandoned after going from bad to worse. The Froome magic doesn't work for everybody.

Personally, I think AC shows up in July in absolutely top shape and will give CF a run for his money, and CF will face an Alberto he have never faced before.
With all this mountain and altitude training they have been doing all year, (far more than they normally have), The team clearly have a plan laid out, and they are following it.

I´m not the slightest worried about his condition, it goes steady and slowly, it´s not like he´s losing 5 kg in 4 weeks like Wiggo just did before ToC, Alberto is looking really good, and I see only positive progress in his preparation, the team clearly knows what they are doing, and everything looks to be on track.

The one who should worry is CF, so Flo, stop worrying so much and have a little more faith, he have already showed he is back. ;)

Even tho I hope he won't do the Tour,I dont know what should be his goal?
3rd again (due to TT and cobbles he practicaly doesnt stand a chance against Froome and Contador even in his best form) or stages?I would like polka dot,but thats not realistic.
ASO desperately needs to create action in polka dot competition:eek:,new point system, better prize money or something, but they have to motivate riders.

If his goal is to win a grand tour then riding the entire TdF would be a mistake. It certainly would put him at a disadvantage against his Vuelta gc rivals.

Interesting news. Purito will take TDF

...and you folow that sentence with a link to Ekimov saying the Tour can't be completely excluded?

Yesterday Joaquim gave a short interview to Cadena Ser. Says he doesn't see how he could possibly be in form for the Tour, it's too soon after the Giro and he's been in good form for very long already

I think we could have an epic battle between SKY and Tinkoff this July, with Rogers in this form it could get messy. :p

I recall Contador winning one race earlier this year but I have not seen (or I missed) any news on his preparation for the TdF. Will he be riding any races before the TdF?
If not I suspect he will fare poorly.

I tried searching on the Tinkoff Team website but it requires signing in and I refuse to provide personal data.

Critérium du Dauphiné is his next race as far as I know. Anything besides that I don´t know.

Uran has worked with Spesialized over the winter on his tt... AC to? :D

Froome thinking right now: "If Uran worked with Specialized and did such a good TT, then what can Bertie do in the TDF?" Actually, DB thinking this for Froome :D

Rafa is rocking it :) Great ITT by him and he has looked good on the climbs to date. More pressure off Alberto as others on the team do well!

Tinkoff just might get what he asked the team for; a stage win and a podium!

Go Rafa :)
