Lucien Aimar, former Tour de France champion and best descender of his time, has published a book recently and he praises Contador technique over Nibali.
That's... Weird. But what are his basis for saying so? I don't think you should put too much into that.

I remember one time though that Contador did something crazy to stay on the bike. Was the cobbles stage of tour 2010.

Was pretty impressive :p (not talking about schlecks crash, was before that)

What is up with you guys?

You've all been hyping him all year, he is so skinny, focusing everything on July, Froome is about to get the mano a mano smackdown at 100% etc. You even freakin counted down 2 weeks before the Dauphine prologue :D

College year ended, so no procrastination outlet needed anymore obviously

I remember a great save early in his career on a descent in Paris-Nice. He was on the attack, pedaling furiously and somehow came out of one of his pedals causing him to swerve dangerously close to the rocky wall of the mountain. He extended the unclipped leg to regain control and avoid hitting the wall. It was all instinctive and remarkable to see. He clipped back in and continued with his assault, although he was eventually reeled in before the finish.

In an interview with Marca, Richie Porte says he expects Alberto to finish ahead of Quintana.

And in x interview, I heard that x rider expects Quintana ahead of Contador...

Whats the point?
