Suspended doesn´t mean fired! ;)

True. But Riis did not say the contract was suspended. That was CN. Riis said:

"When Alberto is not able to ... ride for the team, the contract cannot continue. I think that's pretty obvious," Riis said at a press conference in Madrid. Later, he added that he would be happy to work with again Contador in the future.

***

Which indicates that the contract is not longer in effect. But no one has come out and actually said one way or the other.

Contador are saying that:

"If there's anything I can do to prove my innocence I'll do it."

Why didn't you provide a hair sample when that was up for discussion, would be my question? As far as I know, no hair test was taken despite the fact that a hair test could determine if the clen had been used long term.

For the same reason that he doggedly refused to take a DNA test to prove the blood bags from Puerto weren't his: If you're guilty it's dumb to submit to something that'll prove it.

There was lots of applause for him as he arrived into the press conference and also at one stage they applauded him half way through while he was talking.

It seems to me he has the backing of the spanish media and possibly even the public there.

The Spanish can't afford anyone else on unemployment benefit :D

Or should I just take same drugs you on?

I do the same stuff as Contador. My dealers are Fuentes, Saiz, Bruyneel, Martinelli and Riis.

Seems like Bjarne will sign him again then, just for a way less salary and possibly losing Saxobank & Specialized as sponsors.

You thought about that one for a loooooong time, I´m happy you could come up with some more lame and ignorant BS.

I wonder, how long time do these drugs you on take effect?

Bert gonna do a Giro2011 on the upcoming Vuelta, dope up so much even known dopers and caught cheaters such as Scarponi (sorry all fans.) get destroyed by 6 minutes. But then add a little bit extra to the rocket fuel cocktail.

Want to bet he doesn't get caught by the Spanish Anti Doping Federation and the UCI ;)?

The WADA argument is that it probably wasn't him who took the clenbuterol, but that he got it by way of plasma transfusion from another donor.

Seems kind of weird if he was innocent.

I thought this had been discussed ad nauseum in this forum. Why would you obtain a hair test when you have a fairly lengthy record of negative controls over the relevent period of time? More to the point, it still would not answer the question of how the CB entered his system (only whether he was (or wasn't) a habitual user of CB). I think folks place too much emphasis on the presence of the hair test in the ping pong player's case (he didn't have any tests to provide, so a hair test was really all he could provide) and its absence in this case. Based on WADA's argument, even if he did take the hair test and it was negative, they would claim that he was using CB on the off season or something and the hair follicle test wouldn't go that far back (hair growth). I just don't think that test would have been as dispositive in this case as you suggest.

what colour is Clen? we make some bracelets in the same colour and sell them donating all the profits to Alberto....

with the slogan 'Bert will ride again' :D

It would seems that it can change from pink to yellowish colour http://forums.steroid.com/showthrea...ing-from-pink-to-yellowish-color#.TzGTjcX9OEk

man thinks 'cause he rules the earth he can do with it as he please
and if things don't change soon, he will
Oh, man has invented his doom
First step was touching the moon.

now, they take him and they teach him and they groom him for life
and they set him on a path where he's bound to get ill
then they bury him with stars
sell his body like they do used cars.

now, he's hell-bent for destruction, he's afraid and confused
and his brain has been mismanaged with great skill
all he believe are his eyes
and his eyes, they just tell him lies
ya may be a noisemaker, spirit maker
heartbreaker, backbreaker
leave no stone unturned
may be an actor in a plot
that might be all that you got
til your error you clearly learn.

now he worships at an altar of a stagnant pool
and when he sees his reflection, he's fulfilled
oh, man is opposed to fair play
he wants it all and he wants it his way.

Or we could try singing the above song sung by dylan with a fangirl dancing to it..money might be quite good :D.
