Reasons why I dislike Andy:

1) Still bitter that Sastre 'took' the Tour from Frank in '08.
2) Chaingate and the hypocrisy. Still bitter and with a 'fire in my belly'.
3) Vuelta '10. Simply unprofessional.
4) Gap '11. Whining like a crybaby.
5) Constantly checking where his brother is. Especially in the '11 Pyranees and Ventoux '09.
6) Only races to win AGR, F-W, L-B-L & Tour.
7) The way Leopard was created.
8) Tactically Inept. If I had to rank different current riders in Vinoness, Andy would probably rank the lowest.

1) He looks good on a bike. He's in the category with Pippo, and in the opposite end of Voeckler, Froome & Evans.
2) Once in a while he does some absolutely brilliant rides. (Liege '09 & Galibier '11)

It was absolutely pathetic that he said that he didn't see it.

But that doesn't change that it was okay to race, just like on the cobbles.

I still want him to make a comeback though because of:

'Once in a while he does some absolutely brilliant rides. ' The talent is there, maybe being older and having faced real adversity (injury) he can become the rider he is capable of being. That would be worth watching

Many of the points you listed have been discussed ad nauseam, or are debateable, or must be explained with all their components... everything seems simple when you reduce it to a catchy one-liner but things are usually more complicated than that...

The fate of the two of them is forever intertwined. Hoping the Contador-dad rumor is true. And with neither doing battle with each other in the Tour the last couple years, hopefully they would raise their kids with the sole purpose of beating the other. If so, I foresee many epic battles ahead.
