The funniest thing was as he was going backwards, he was still looking behind him to see who was there. Classic!!!

IMHO all Andy needs to do to restore his credibility on the CN Forum is win a Giro. It's not the side his bread is buttered on though. Can't perform at the Giro and the Tour.

For the past two days, Andy Schleck has been dropped by the main peloton. He revealed that he’s been treated last month for a knee problem and lost a week of training. “Therefore it is not surprising that I am behind the competition in the Dauphiné,” he told Dutch newspaper De Telegraaf. “Of course I would prefer to show a better condition, but if you look at the preparations, it makes sense. I think that I have gotten better over the past three days. I don’t feel the panic which some other people feel because I was dropped in the first stage. I’m not panicking.”

He has a knee problem and he's not worried? Hmmm...
So if this was the issue why it wasn't reported earlier, and why was Johan disappointed about if he knew this was the issue? Something's very fishy.

For me just being competitive in anyone of the major week long stage races would do it for me. Maybe win a queen stage. Actually winning one is not a necessity. That and stopping all the whining.

Edit: Actually winning the overall.

Andy should learn this phrase, "that's racing" and then perform like he has every year except 2012. I'd respect him for that.

Seems you got dropped on a wet decent Andy, response "that's racing"
Seems Contador didn't stop and wait for you when you dropped your chain Andy response "that's racing"
There are a normal amount of tting in this years tour Andy response "that's racing"

The cycling media is slipping. You'd think someone would've been on top of this. Johann not mentioning it is odd unless it was part of his overall strategy to keep it on the down-low. If so why isn't Andy cooperating? Not that they've seen eye to eye on much of anything thus far.

He never did. What do you want to show? That Andy is much more awesome than Alberto?

No.

Just Andy has done things which do not deserve such abuse and yet they are seemingly overlooked:(

It was just one stage and he got respect for the way he races there. He just lost all that respect pretty quickly.

But I don't understand why velocity had to drag Alberto into it. It doesn't make his argument any stronger.
