I thought I'd remembered Moscon having some sort of event in his home town where he served the salmon he won, but all I can find now is mention of him taking it to a Sky training camp

Team Sky is sure to have Norwegian seafood on the menu in the coming months. Earlier this year Gianni Moscon won the Arctic Race of Norway, and with his stage 3 victory in the race, Moscon could also cash in a prize of half a ton of Norwegian salmon. During a training camp in Mallorca this week, the prize was delivered and celebrated with a grand dinner service.
“I feel I have to share some of this with my teammates. There is more than enough salmon for me and my family” reassures Moscon, who had a first taste of the prize while enjoying with his team a four-course dinner served by seafood chef Adrian Løvold from Trondheim in Norway. Moscon was accompanied by 80 guests present during the hand-over of the prize. The menu consisted of grilled salmon, Norwegian Christmas herring and sashimi of scallops and fresh salmon.
