Has the Australian team for the worlds been selected yet? Depending on the size of the team the selectors may have some hard decisions to make.

As always I think there are some names that aren't one there that should be, but such is the way of selections - very political.

Does the squad have to be culled? There is 4 sprinters for 4 events, 7 endurance riders for 6 events. For the women's events, 3 sprinters for 4 events, 5 endurance riders for 5 events.

I suppose the UCI limit numbers to keep costs down but it would be nice to see more specialising.

There are 2 faster and 2 spinner bowler in the team.I hope the selectors go young and mould the talent.I remember Matthew Hayden saying that he was a strong supporter on Andrew Symonds remaining in the team.
