Has something happened to Novikov that I don't know about?I guess you are supporting to be more lenient towards Russian riders, right? Because there is only one russian cyclist currently active in the Pro peloton due to UCI actions
Real fail by Quickstep, but also by the commissaires.
They should have taken away the seconds that Schmid could gain through the doings of his teammates. There ARE teams in this sport, that has to be taken into regard. Otherwise teams will see this as good tactics and try to do it again/more often.

I think they don’t cause more crashes because the peloton is expecting them at one point, so they know to slow down. I agree it’s dangerous however. We'll get to see blocking on most stages on the Tour when Ineos/Jumbo/UAE or whoever are happy with the break. I'm surprised those tactics don't cause more crashes..
I just forgot him being with Kern Pharma.Has something happened to Novikov that I don't know about?
teams have been penalized for individual doping cases so why not this? And 'legally indefensible'? I doubt it. A race organizer can do whatever they wantThrowing the whole team out for the actions of one rider is legally indefensible, sets a terrible precedent (how do you determine when one rider should be thrown out and when it should be the whole team?) and inherently punishes riders who had nothing to do with the whole situation.
Someone tell RCS.A race organizer can do whatever they want
