The best way to add traction is a program for massive weight gain.. the program can include a variety of cheeses, bread and crackers with the cheese.. also cheesecake and other baked goods never exclude sticky buns w nuts on top.

there is no reason to stray from the diet plan I have prescribed.. but for variety you can add lasagna and different goolash and stroganoff recipes for the added pounds of pressure.. ensure all dishes are prepared with butter and cream and large portions of noodles or potatoes for the desired effect.
