I'm not defending Lance, but he doesn't have to apologize to her publicly, I guess he did it on the 40 min. conversation. Maybe fair, but his doping admission can be taken as an apology. She should move on.
Judging from Betsy's reaction on CNN, it's pretty obvious that apology, if it happened in the first place, was meaningless.

I love how the clinic in their blind hatred of Armstrong have turned every opponent of him in a hero.

History really is written by the winners.

Both sides are feeding you lies, try and look at the middle ground for something that best resembles the truth.

ESPN had a very good interview this morning w/Betsy, she was really quite good and knew her stuff. Sage Steele interviewed her via phone and Betsy didn't miss a beat. I'm sure it's on their website by now, it was about 10 minutes long. Check it out.

Betsy has it spot on. Armstrong and Herman are game playing to reduce Gunderson's financial and criminal exposure.

Heck even Lance admitted that a 40 minute conversation wasn't enough.

So How can Betsy move on.

She was one of Lance's closest friends.

When you are badly hurt by someone close to you, it's very difficult to move on.

The middle ground between the truth and a lie is a half-truth. That does no good to anyone.

In the minority there about that opinion of those Armstrong persecuted.

Keep eating the steaks.

Yes, because someone who clearly hates Armstrong's guts 12 years after the fact has no motive to lie or manipulate the "truth" in her favour what so ever.

It's like reading one of Seneca's works on Caligula.

How about calling out her lies? How about proving she lied. Her story has been consistent.

Besty was not looking for anything financial from Armstrong. She had no 'steak' to manipulate the truth.

This is trolling Betsy.

It's hard to extract the lies out of a whole story. ;)

Some things are true, some things are not true. The same goes for Armstrong who's obviously lying to protect people and himself from further charges.

She's getting her 5 minutes of fame, that's enough reason to be lying or exaggerating some of the truth. After all, who wouldn't want to be called a hero by millions of people watching?

I wasn't there, so I don't know if what she says is all true or not. Doesn't seem to matter to the Clinic who apparently all where there and saw every single detail to know she's a Saint telling nothing but truths.

There's no way to verify some of the things she's saying. Same goes for Armstrong.

Kindly point out where she's lyring. Sure, she hates Lance. Sure, she could be biased. Is she, though? Because so far it doesn't seem like she's moved from her original position one bit. You know, the position she already held back when she was still friends with Lance.

Betsy hasn't changed her story. EVER.

stop attributing base characteristics of LA onto her.

Oh, so it's some sort of vague "don't accept everything she says acritically" thing. Don't worry - if she ever started saying stuff that doesn't add up, we'd notice.

You think a liar can't be consistent?

You wouldn't. Well, the Clinic in general at least. Bunch of know it all's apparently.

I'm pretty much convinced we'll never find the real truth of this story. Even if the big lines are correct.

It's extremely hard for a liar to be consistent for a long period of time. Look at how many contradictory stuff Armstrong, Pat and Hein have said.

And yes, we would. Again, if she's said anything that doesn't add up, kindly point it out.

You've accused her of lying and exaggerating - can you give a specific example of something that she has said that is either a lie or an exaggeration?

Actually, if you're telling the exact same thing for years it means you have studied your answer. Someone telling the truth will not give 2 exact testimonies if they are years apart. It's one way(of many) of telling if people are lying actually. ;)

Some of these things are impossible for us to know considering there's no real proof for some of these events except her word against the other's. Once again proving that you actually think you know everything. Pointless discussion I see, carry on. She's a hero who has no motive what so ever to tell a lie.

No, what I said was that you're automatically believing her because of your hatred for Armstrong. I don't proclaim to know the truth. What I do know is that every human being lies at least a little. ;)

Can you read?

I'm saying that we can't possibly verify some of the things she's saying. It's anecdotal evidence.

If you hate someone you want to make him look like the biggest d-bag you can. Many people would take advantage of that to exaggerate and what not. I probably would. ;)
