Sky is on high heaven. What an idiot. Russian ex-communist capitalism is as feudal as communism was, and as corrupt. My serfs are my property and if they don't produce then I kill them. Orthodoxy at its finest.
And you are clearly
a. ***
b. Chauvinist
c. Chauvinist & ***

What has chauvinism to do with it? You obviously have no historical perspective (and not from the point of view you might be thinking) and no sense of irony. Cheers.

Tinkoff is the worst example of a "success story" and what success has enabled him to intend to do.

I understand suspension like a disciplinary and temporary measure.
Suspension in terms of punishment for a bad job is not what I'm familiar with.
Either is a pay-cut or firing, suspension is ridiculous.

In sports "suspension" always means that you are fired but still get your money.

The sooner this slimy Putin-loving, regime-riding, billionaire oligarch 'fan' is out the sport, the better. He'll be out the sport in 6 months time. It takes more than dirty money to create a successful cycling team!

I doubt he'll be out in that amount of time. He is in love with himself and whatever he wants. Right now he wants his own cycling team. I doubt that will change in 6 months time. Now in 6 months the team management could be in shambles...I'm hoping they aren't though.

Tinkov is a super-rich egomaniac. Like many such people he believes that his wealth was all achieved due to his own personal merit and that he can thus use that wealth to get whatever he wants in any sphere he chooses. He is exactly what the sport of cycling does not need and the sooner he disappears and finds a new toy the better. Essentially what we have is the petty and arrogant response of someone who believes his wealth can buy him anything he desires, confronted with something which he cannot control and which is volatile and unpredictable. In essence a puerile tantrum.

From Google translate:

...

Bjarne Riis is heading towards a humiliating exit from international cycling.

It happens after Tinkoff-Saxo Russian team owner, eccentric man Oleg Tinkov, has thrown the Danish cycling boss out of the team as a consequence of poor performance.

A dramatic rupture was under way, they sensed already during Sunday's classic Milano-Sanremo, where Bjarne Riis was not present.

It was a good reason. Bjarne Riis was ahead of the Italian storløb put outside the door. Away from the life's work, he in December 2013 sold to the Russian wack and live Oleg Tinkov.

Not even the riders on Tinkoff-Saxo got no explanation as to why Bjarne Riis himself was not present at what should have been an interim milestone in the early part of the season. An event in which the team's newly acquired superstar Peter Sagan had a victory in the 298 km long run down to the light, the sun and the seaside resort of Sanremo.

The explanation followed, according to BT information Monday morning. And it was delivered by mail from Oleg Tinkovs CEO, Stefano Feltrin, who announce that Riis was officially "suspended".

None on and around the team has to BT could prepare for what the word suspended covers.

Contador can't achieve the same result after he came back from sanction, nothing Riis can do about it.

I have a feeling there are 2 possibilities for Bjarne suspension.

1. When Oleg bought the team he was briefed by Bjarne on his past involvement in Team Doping. And the coming report will be much different.

2. Oleg wants to get out in front of the coming report. And has suspended Bjarne to get in front of the coming storm. And Bjarne will be back soon enough for the Tour.

I have a feeling it is #1. And Bjarne might be done.

After we get rid of Riis, Oleg and Contador, maybe just maybe we can say cycling turn into a new page.

Of course! Only Tinkov, Katusha and Astana have dirty money.

All the other money from the Gulf, Asia and money from big corporations that dont give a crap about people and environment are clean money.

Dont you know that?

And that justifies to keep the biggest axxhole (Tinkov) in cycling? Weird POV!

I never said anything about justifying his money

That being said, I'm grateful for every penny from any a-hole, corporation or government that is supporting cycling

i don't think jerkoff-saxo's results are bad. their star riders got a couple wins in races that aren't major targets and sagan had a decent showing in m-sr. so... i guess it's clinic stuff and/or rich a-hole stuff.
