Exogenous anabolic steroids, including testosterone, are forbidden, without regard to gender. They can't forbid endogenous anabolic steroids.

Some of you guys just want to find doping anywhere they can. If someone has 1 thing that could possibly be a sign of doping even if it's in the smallest form then please make a big deal of it.

p.s. I think a lot of riders use doping btw, but I'm quite sure this lady won't use steroids, maybe I'm naive but isn't it like 100% sure you get caught from using steroids?

I think you are naive. Take a look at this thread:

The gold medalist shows all the typical signs of steroid abuse. Presumably he was tested, but he wasn't caught.

Bronzini has a TUE for testosterone. She is allowed to test higher than the other women. Her performance on Saturday was definitely questioned by her peers in the peloton, but then again they question all of the Italian women, who do not have a squeaky clean reputation.
