Gives no indication that "British Eurosport" is not (currently) wholly owned by TF1.
TF1 (under the guise of British Eurosport) provides content and production to Sky to deliver it using its infrastructure and retail services.
TF1 (under the guise of Eurosport International or Asia-Pacific) provides content and production to Foxtel to deliver using its infrastructure and retail services.
The Eurosport channels in other markets are not some "inferior" version, whereby they are leeching off feeds from outside (i.e. what some broadcasters may do for other sporting events, like F1). This is what my original post on the matter was in reply to.
As for the last bit, outside of SBS no one has shown interest in cycling. For subscription TV, it would be far too difficult to setup an indigenous production of cycling and wintersports. Much easier to negotiate with Eurosport to provide content. If only they got around to doing that more than 2 years ago

I'm not complaining about anything, just trying to clear things up. Coverage over there would be pretty poor without Eurosport too.
