He made a mistake when he was boxed-in by Davide Bomboi. He had to wait a lot to launch his sprint and then had to cover a huge gap but he was coming back so fast. I think it was okayish for the first race of the season, altough I concede the field was pretty weak.I thought he looked quite slow, actually.
Not as dramatic a Eekhoff's incident (thankfully), but there was a flying bike in the sprinting group with c300m to go. Any news?
