I'm desperatly begging you to not put these 2 names in one sentence again, for my mental fitness, thank you very much:D:D

I understand your point but it's tough finding contenders here. I'd place Wiggins into that category even though he's not on the elite tier as AC/Froome...but given the field, you'd have to throw a Wiggins in that top 5 category, he is after all a former TDF winner.

And the only other two still-active Tour winners are Cadel Evans and...Andy Schleck. ;)

Lol can we finally crown the dawg as the most agressive rider now?. All this AC stuff he has panache, lights up a race, well Froome does it just as much. He likes to showboat.

maybe we should start calling him 'frowg' since he looks like a frog style when he rides his bike. Hunches on handle bar, head protruding forward, his arms waving out and his leg beneath him coiled, ready to jump like a frog. Imagine that picture. :D

Oh indeed Froome is agressive too, he just doesnt look as good when he attacks ;) Kidding aside no one claims that Froome is as passive as Wiggo, but all the discusions about panache regarding AC isnt about attackin as such but about the he once in a while make those epic all-in attacks like Fuente and TA this year. The early attacks from far out, where he risks it all. I am not saying Froome should do that - no need really. But that is what makes AC special to a lot of people.

it is a very very very difficult task to create a racing situation that froome had to do a long range attack.its fully up to alberto.

He looks like a *** donkey on a bike, even off the bike.
An anorexic freak, you only see people looking that sick on a hospital.

He is a disgrace to cycling.

Indeed thats why I say that he doesnt have to. But the interesting thing is that in TA Contador didnt have to either, but he wanted to. He wanted to win in an epic win. He could have lost it all, it wasnt needed but he wanted to do something special. Thats why a lot of people love Contador.

But mind you, I am NOT saying Froome should do the same. I am simply given a reason on why a lot of people talk about panache regarding Contador and why he has a huge fan base.

i agree with you absolutely but every love has her limit and when adoration to one leads to numerous abusive definitions to other rider it is sad. it happens there

I dont give a rats azz about what tank91 says, do or think, hes not my problem.

I have an opinion, I say it, you dont like it or agree with it? Its ur problem, not mine cauberg, and i dont care about image or credit, I only give my opinion.

Well that is something that goes both ways. But this discussion had nothing to do with any namecalling etc. My reply was simply to (tank91 I think it was), about who was the more agressive rider. They are both agressive, but just in different ways, and I gave an explanation to the panache label is often associated with Contador.

Persoanlly I am a fan of several different riders. Would be just as happy to see Nibali win as AC.

In cycling I have never been super nationalitic. I am half Dutch but really cant cheer for Gesink for example. Anyways thats offtopic.

Anyways, it would be nice with a little bit more objectivety from "both sides". But to be honest, for many of us its not about only two sides.

I agree Froome is really one of the craziest riders i ever seen, but don't expect that Contador fans will ever admit that Froome is more aggressive than their hero.

More aggressive, less aggressive...b*llsh*t. Discussions are getting to a level of childishness, which isn't even funny anymore.

Yesterday, Froome was the one attacking, Contador was reacting. Both also attacked in other races, which makes sense since they both won some. Difference is that Contador already did at least two epic long range attacks. Froome didn't but also never had to. End of story.
