For a rider with a rather 'limited' engine, Merlier is shaping up a great palmares. He surely is one of the fastest sprinters around these days. I think a classic race like Gent-Wevelgem or more than one stage in a grand tour will be the highest reachable glory for him.

He's already got the latter, so... definitely reachable.
Or, did you mean more than one stage, in the same GT?

Exactly. I thought about specifying that, but I didn't think it was going to be necessary. Since you could expect me knowing about his GT stage wins. Guess I was mistaken!
That's why I got a little confused at first...

But anyway; on to the racing!
I guess Wiebes is the big favourite, but I'm also curious to see how Norsgaard will do.
