They couldn't do any worse than Andalucía-Caja Granada IMO.

Nope. Seeing as how the Colombian teams rode during Utah and Colorado, they'll surely race better than them.

When the road goes uphill. I think any TTT or hard flat stages with some serious cross winds could be their undoing I would think. But I would give them a ride, I mean why not?

beltran and infantino like I said aren't going, beltran for sure not. but probably still some will be named for pct team.

I actually think the ct team is stronger than the pct team

I was also wondering about Infantino. But the list for the proconti team doesn't seem to be complete. Hopefully he signs in the coming days.

It still rankles that they got invited when Caja Rural didn't. Next year they start in Navarre though, so good chance for Caja to get the ride.

I thought Unipublic said that Caja Rural are more or less certain to be invited?

Do they have a non-governmental sponsor too? I would love to see a Colombian team do well in Europe again, but I'm not sure without a trade sponsor how secure this team is.

ait's a joint venture of many of the biggest company's in colombia and nati0nal government that have millions to spend and only more in future. their next year budget will be over 5 million dollar

after the folding of geox, fabio duarte has offers from colombia coldeportes and from three european teams.
there is strong pression on him in colombia in order to join the colombian team.

it could be a great thing for coldeportes yo have duarte and he could find some of his old teammates of colombia es pasion and, more than that, he will be free to play his cards in every race.
coldeportes will find a colombian leader who has already proven to be able to win in europe

as much as he's desired to command the Colombian squad-I think he should remain in Europe until Coldeportes "finally" secures the sponsor to upgrade the team for WT invitations. Fabio still in development & should continue that process for a while, so he can build up better credentials too-plus those points that nowadays matter a lot

Would be great but then he wouldnt ride a GT. No Liege nor Lombardy either.

maybe they would get a wildcard, especially for vuelta and I don't think he cares much for classics

i post it in here , even it is not about coldeportes

betancourt is rumored going to liquigas, while palmiro masciarelli, acqua &sapone manager, says that he will stay with acqua & sapone in 2012.
palmiro says thart there is a signed contract and that the colombian want to stay in the team.
ha blames betancurt ' s manager of signing a pre-contract with liquigas against every rule..
