Cunego is likely to drop from 5th to 8th though on the ITT but still good points.

Hmm, Tour not so hot for my team... nothing higher than a 7th place on a stage (aside from the TTT), and I got Cunego, VandeVelde and Gusev getting more than minimum finishing points. On the other hand, only Boonen crashed out so I got 100 more points from my 5 other guys finishing (Kreuz, Teejay, Ciolek, Gerrans, Koren), but it's hardly ideal. I don't get why Kreuziger rode the Tour even, could've got top 5/10 in Vuelta but instead 20 points for finishing the Tour, sigh...

Good to see your team taking a leap, Luckyboy, given the lacklustre first couple of months. I remember a conversation in this thread where people told you to be patient, and now's the time to shine, methinks.... well, if the upper half of the game is shining, but it's all I have so I'm excited about it at least...

Had Andy, Cavendish, Cunego, Vande Velde, Karpets, Ignatiev, Bozic, Txurruka.

Made 1717 points from the Tour.

Bozic and Karpets still way down on last year. Cunego is doing great.


Should have 6712 points altogether, hoping to break even or get close (Ricco, Karpets, Menchov the big losers).

My TDF lesson is: Dont count your chickens until they are hatched.

I was expecting about 1000 points and got maybe 300 mostly from Taaramae and VandeVelde the rest was bust including:

Wiggins
Boonen
Brutt
Cancellara
O'Grady
Renshaw
Kreuziger

Hoogerland was fighting but got almost no points.

I'm already looking towards 2012. Tour was bad for moi- salvaged only by Schleck. Hoping David Blanco is doing Volta Portugal otherwise he's a waste of a pick.

Struggling to make up for the loss of Ricco (silly selection). The aim is to save face and break the 7500 barrier.

I'm on 7131 but when 1/3 of your points are only scoring 1/4 of their total then you know you're not going to do well.

Cheat Sheet

I dunno if any of you guys have a excel sheet of your own where you track your 2011 team as well as having a list of potential riders for 2012 along with there scores.

Anyway I have been using this for the past couple months, and figured I would share it. It is actually very useful and helps greatly with my 2012 team (lol yep pretty much have my team figured out..). As well as allowing you to easily keep track of your current team.

CQ Game Help Sheet

I also provided full instructions so you can easily update your rider and team scores in a matter of seconds each week.

Basically the sheet has 3 pages.
Rider scores - has all the scores, more so needed for the automatic updates etc.
2011 Team Page - My 2011 Team with some statistics (rider percentage gain, overall team statistics etc).
2012 Team Page - Basically just a list of your riders with thier scores automatically updated along with overall team score (ensuring you do not exceed 7500)

PLEASE NOTE: I left my own team in the 2011 team just so you guys get the idea, but just delete and edit as necessary. The actually programming of scores and such shouldn't be affected.
I also put a couple riders in the 2012 team page as an example. Noy my team tho, that is valuable

Maybe the OP can put it on the first post, I honestly think it is helpful, but whatever

Thanks Timmy! According to this sheet, I'm now on 7721, so have gained overall, woohoo!
Other than 3 zero cost riders who have made infinite gains, my best performer so far is Stefan Schumacher, with 6220% of last years score so far, the stats you can get from this sheet are great!
