Well, Brajkovic looks really strong.
I expect him to pop on one of the following days though.
WTF is wrong with Sammy Sanchez?! Nowhere in the TT and today again?!

Tejay lost 40 seconds.

David Millar's Dauphine is over. I honestly don't know why he was talking so much about targeting the GC here, even if he had managed to stay with the top riders today he would have lost minutes on the Alpe.

No disrespect to Vogondy, but his win says it all - not aggressive enough riding from the favorites, and Risoul not hard enough... Great effort by Sicard!

Brajkovic looks too good for the Radioshack squad. I very much doubt he will be allowed to upstage Texstrong if he rides the Tour.

and as for contador, if he isn't competing why was he chasing brajkovic to the line when he put a dig in?

Ever heard of the elusive phenomenon called wind? They tried, but were blown right back into the front group.

I no longer have the slightest clue what Contador is doing at this race, and I'm not sure he does either. He says he sat up in the TT after the first time check, because he knew he was off the pace, but then today he was chasing down Menchov and attacking Brajkovic and what have you.

Training his finish line push, I assume?

So why wasn't Vogondy and Sicard "blown back"? The logic is flawed....

he had a shi t TT and made excuses, course he wants to do well, but he is making excuses incase he doens't win, i don't think he is as strong as last year and he is trying to disguise that while riding back into shape

Haha, you sir, know jack squat about cycling. Sanchez is very strong, but what the hell is wrong with him in this Dauphiné, no idea.

can't say I was particularly impressed by anyone on Team Sky today, except from Boasson Hagen who did a good job in the beginning of the climb for...well, no one on the team at least! :D

But not enough to know that coming 2nd in a Grand Tour and a monument within a few weeks of each other doesn't happen by accident, it seems.

I remember your Tour predictions had Menchov not making the top 20 and the entire top 5 of the Giro, bar Arroyo, beating Sánchez in despite some of them not riding and others not being team leaders.

Kennaugh did a very good climb for someone with so little road experience. He was third overall in the Baby Giro last year, I think he is one of Sky's best young prospects.
