Climbing level is rather low I feel, but quite impressive by Frogla nonetheless. I kinda had expected this level from him in the mountains

He did something similar in the Vuelta, the day Kuss got the jersey.

Not that unusual for him.
The same the year before, after he crashed. He's simply too far off form and he's too fat. Don't know if the crash yesterday affected him, but i never believed he would be climbing with the best this Dauphiné. And honestly, i don't think this is all down to losing time due to crashing in Itzulia. There is no reason for him to come here looking like a bodybuilder instead of a climber. But hey, i'm sure the team knows better.

It's pretty strange some in this forum keep saying the same things:
1. Roglic' win is boring: how so? He delivers when in form, and considering the next 2 days, there was no need to do more than this. He'll go from further tomorrow and probably smash everybody and take a minute. he looks lean and the TT already proved he is in very good shape.
2. Remco is fat. Yes he's fat, he is currently above his ideal climbing weight. He is on perfect TT weight ofcourse, as we could all see. Remco himself knew he wouldn't be competitive uphill, and it showed. He did actually better than anyone would expect, not dropping like a stone but fighting until the end.

Roglic did do his standard last 100 sprint but you have to consider he attacked beforehand to get separation and then was in two minds as Vlasov was up front so it wasn't a boring victory really.
