Not that impressive compared to yesterday. I don't think he looked that great either in that last km.
yeah though he didn't have any need to attack and won quite easily in the end. I think he looked within himself, this is just how he rides

I agree, I don't think it's right to compare him to Pogacar, he's not a big solo or 20 minute attack kind of guy. He's ahead in GC, he won the stage, and he has the race in the bag.
Tbf though, deciding to come to the finish line with Pogacar would be a good way to not win the Tour. You'd kind of like to see someway for Roglic to win at the Tour and this style of racing won't do that.

Interviewer: you have to admit it's in the bag yeah?

Roglic: first let's finish tomorrow on two wheels.

Fans: Roglic is not being flippant here, straight facts

Not Roglic's problem, if other teams want to win the stage and GC then they have to try and attack. Rode exactly as he should today.
Yeah that's it. I don't expect anything other then a re-run of today tomorrow from Roglic and Bora. Why should they do something other or try to attack earlier in the climb. He has a big lead, wins in a sprint if it comes to it. Also his shoulder is still hurt. No reason to push it here.

tbf no idea what it means for the Tour. Roglic is clearly the best here but the competition is pretty meh in form these days. Rodriguez and Remco not up for it. Great rides by Lazkano, Jorgensen and Gee.

Routine stomp. Just like Burgos or Tirreno last year.

Some people aren't satisfied though unless there's a Hollywood style epic attack for a 20 second gain.
If it would be routine he would close the gaps himself. Anyway, to the exciting part. We must check when sprint started to see who won a bet ;)

Ya, it seemed like most had more than enough trouble following Vlasovs pace rather than thinking of attacking. It would have been interesting to see what had happened if there had been a few more tempo changes in the front group. Vlasovs steady pace probably helped some riders more than it hurt. But for Bora it helped because it prevented other from attacking and they didn't really need to split the group any further.

I don't think Roglic has any way of beating Pogacar without it being Pogacar who drops or bonks. But I also think Roglic has a claim to outsprinting Pogacar
