IPT may be positioning Gee to ride GC at the Tour ...you never know
Well at least to begin with

These guys who pay millions and millions for washed up cyclists on long contracts could decide anything

Movistar will hopefully support Lazkano on stages he can win...and he can certainly win some

Well you do get the training of riding the entire stage outside of the last climb in a good tempo. Not an expert in training, but we have seen this approach before in this exact race.

Yeah, Landa who got outclimbed by Gee, Lazkano, Romo and my grandma, should totally be able to ride for him self at the TDF. He might actually outclimb Gaudu!
Yes, if he is no super and he is not to do something super at the begining of the stage or in a moment at the end if is possible (with Vñasov working no way), he has to be with Remco. He is not at that level.

Sepp Kuss 16 minutes down.

It's one thing having bad legs or doing a slow build-up to the Tour... but this is another thing entirely. You don't even get 'training' in the legs doing that sort of gruppetto ride.

There's something very off this season & he's getting worse.

Yes ..I was thiking maybe he is very tired from last year ...it happens..burn out
Last year he did what was so hard to do...He rode 3 GTs in top shape and won the last one

Or maybe he is do a geraint Thomas on it and building slowly

but it does seem strange

Landa crashed a day later than remco in April and had worse injuries, he broke some ribs and a lot of time off the bike. And yet now he is much stronger than remco

I don't actually think Landa should be considered leader for Le tour, as he seems more motivated by his current role where the pressure is of, and will probably hit a better level because of it.

But please consider some context around the performances riders who you jump at the opportunity to criticise, when taking every possible opportunity to jump to the defense of young Belges.

In most teams Landa would be the leader on merit
I defend young Belges (and other riders) when they get criticised unfairly for things beyond their control. Not when they act like idiots or lack professionalism.
As for Landa, i see i missed a medical update, initially there was only mention of a broken collarbone. Only in the update, which i missed, they mentioned his ribs. So i'm sorry for laughing at Landa. It's quite possible he would outclimb Gee, Lazkano, Romo and my grandma at the TDF.

Impressive Lazkano. He looks the new Indurain.
anyway we have to consider he maybe is not to go to le Tour, and maybe here is peaking, and other people is not at his best, especially for crahses. But Roglis is a good level and he was with him in a stage like this...It is really impressive.

The amount of 3 year old crybabies that know how a 35 year old pro should ride his bike is laughable.
I don‘t think he should ride any differently, I also don‘t go to the nearest office building to tell the workers that they
should change what they’re doing because it‘s boring, but what they‘re doing can still be boring.

Then watch Remco 1 min behind or any other rider that finished behind. GC Kuss 16 min down is maybe more exciting.

There is only one Pogačar or Vingegaard that can jump 20km out and win.

Gotta laugh at people hyping a guy beating the Giro easy AI as the best thing since the invention of antibiotics suddenly being the fun police now
Lol, there's clearly a world of difference to those performances, so I don't see the hypocrisy at all.

What's funny is that some people who were very anti-Valverde for some reason like Roglic and now have to pretend that they love the mountain sprint style of racing.

This is so fascinating to me. How do you watch this stage and come to the conclusion the way Pogacar and Roglic ride against weak competition is the same thing. You are perfectly free to find the way Pogacar rides just as boring, but it's so blatantly obvious why the two styles of racing are perceived differently.
