Hopefully he has a go tomorrow (we'll know pretty quick I think, today he was at the back prior to the climb and made no effort whatsoever to stay with it) because the climbs suits him. I don't think he'll win, but some encouraging signs would be nice![]()

And concerning Hermans, I dunno it's pretty surprising he was still there imo

He was solid in the spring hilly races, and he did okay today... but can he hang on when the real climbs start?
Someone should message him, I can't because I am off to bed!Havetts said:+1! Do it Hitchens.

not that this climb is a great indication. tomorrow will be different tho.
gesink must be andy's new BFF![]()
Dekker_Tifosi said:Don't overdo it. This is the 1st stage-race I can ever remember where Gesink didn't even try.
Ofcourse he had some stage-races that didn't went superb, but he never soft-pedalled on purpose before. That was 1 of the things i liked most, that he gave it a try in every race.
Now hopefully he won't become another AS/LA/typical TDF rider clown. Otherwise I'll jump on the JvdB bandwagon
