Gilbert shouldn't bury himself to hold the distance, Durbridge has a big engine, let him catch up and work with him.
I think he's afraid of him for the time trial (which he should be), but he will win the stage no matter what he does.

Edit: My god, Phil is in monster shape!
I thought the same as well, but he has maintained the gap till now. All these years wasted in BMC... :(

Risky move by Gilbert but its got the bigger payoff, and the kids a racer and enjoying his good form again so why not go for it.

Definitely risky, but it makes for exciting racing. Luckily for Gilbert, the chasing group is not collaborating well.

Wow. I thought Phil may have been the strongest in QS for Ronde but now I think that Phil is definitely the strongest at QS for Ronde and that he should be the leader of QS in De Ronde.

Best QS rider in this moment. What a buy by Lefevere. I wish Bora bought him last year. They could share a lot of wins with Sagan

Van Keirsbulck blew himself trying to follow Gilbert and Durbridge in Muur.
I think that was backaert
The announcer said that it was Van Keirsbulck, or I heard sth like that. So he was wrong then. Thanks a lot.

And what a win by Gilbert!
